QA/QC Introduction

Since establishment, we persist on the combination of product quality, technical innovating and service, and dedicate to improving purchasing, storage, manufacturing, sales promotion management and quality control. We carry out the manufacture criteria both at home and abroad including China National Standard, ISO9001 international certificate and AENOR certificate.
To ensure high quality, our manufacturing process is controlled strictly in compliance with these Standards. In order to meet the Standards ,Starwin's laboratory is equipped with advanced equipment and facility necessary to carry out all the tests in the whole stages of the production process,from raw materials and fittings to finished products:

Stage 3 finished product checking for

Stage 4 Function test (by the laboratory)
1.resistance to internal pressure ,20 Celcius degree, 1hour
2.resistance to internal pressure , 95 Celcius degree , 1hour
3.resistance to internal pressure 95 Celcius degree.1hour
4.adherence and cracking by expanding
5.adherence by tensile
6.thermal stability test by hydrostatic pressure testing
7.longitudinal reversion
8.AL layer adherence atter thermal cycling
9.AL layer appearance after thermal cycling
10.degree of crosslinking
