Starwin Rubber Insulation Pipe is made with advanced technology and advanced full-automatic continuous production line imported from abroad, using butyronitrile rubber with best performance and polyvinyl chloride(NBR,PVC)as main raw materials and other high quality auxiliary materials through foaming and so on special procedure.

Feature

Excellent insulation efficiency: high density of bubble(60-80),heating efficiency is only 0.038w/(m-k)(40), not only be good at temperature protection but also more advantages in keeping warm.
Simple and quick installation: Using adhesive to connect insulation pipe or sheet with wrapped products directly.
Long lifespan: water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, collision-resistant, stable material structure, with longer span than traditional material.
Fire-retardant/Fire-reject: The foam material can be produced into two classes of top grade non-toxic insulation product: fire-retardant class (oxygen index≥27) and fire-reject class(oxygen index ≥34).
Water-resistant: high degree of cross linking , water absorption is only 0.2% by volume.
Corrosion-resistance: dipped in many chemicals, non-transmutation, non-broken, widely used in chemical pipelines, tank insulation.
Low temperature- resistant: Under minus temperature, non-destroy, non-transmutation and non-crack. Minimum temperature is -200.
Non-toxic: It does not include toxic material. Even under high temperature ,it will not produce the toxic material, also will not produce the noxious gas
