1 Introduction   of the products:
PP-R aluminum-plastic steady Pipe is integrated organically of PP-R plastic and metal, combines the flexibility of plastic pipe and rigidity of the metal pipe. It reaches steady mechanical character by integrative aluminum layer, and also has the higher intensity and better anti-temperature character. On the base of PP-R pipe, we adopt heat melding adhering technique to agglutinate organically between PP-R and alloy aluminum under high emperature, outside covered with PP-R(PE) protective layer and then the PP-R plastic aluminum steady pipe is made.

2 The character of technical performance:
PP-R plastic aluminum steady pipe combines the advantages of PP-R pipe and metal pipe. Enables the composite pipe high rigidity, high temperature resistance, high toughness ,low linear expansion coefficient that recover the limitations of deformation when the plain PPR pipe use for stand pipe, unfoldinstall, and hot water pipeline.

2.1 small linear expansion coefficient:
The linear expansion coefficient of PP-R aluminum plastic steady pipe is 0.03mm/mk^oC, only one in five of common PP-R pipe. (Common PP-R pipe is 0.15 mm/m K), and it is near the metal pipe. The pipe doesnt have the property of expanding with heat and contracting with cold. In the project fixing, we dont need to consider about the distortion problem, when we are fixing the pipe which is less than 40 meters. But we should consider about prevention pipe, when the length of horizontal fixing is more than 40 meters.

2.2 Anti Oxygen Permeability
Since the high strength aluminum alloy protects the inner PP-R pipe like an armour, Starwin PP-R/AL Steady Pipe can completely prevent the outside air from running into the pipe. Therefore it keeps the water in the pipe free from oxygen and restrains the growth of algae. This feature of the pipe can protect the equipment material from oxidation and prolong the service life of heating equipment and central air-conditioning system. It insures the safe, reliable and high efficient operation of the system.

2.3 Anti Ultraviolet Prevent Material from Oxidation and aging

A black PE protection is coated on the outside of aluminum alloy in Starwin PP-R/AL steady Pipe. The aluminum alloy can block the ultraviolet ray while black PE can eliminate the sunlight radiation and thus provide a anti ultraviolet protection shield. The pipe can be used for cold/hot water outdoor installation and featuring no deformation, no fading and aging, longer operating life.

2.4 Excellent Compressive strength and good anti-temperature

2.6 Heat preservation and power saving. Coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.23-0.24 W/M.K^oC, near the insulation material, thus more power is saved.
