Starwin EVOH Pert Pipe

Starwin own the high technology of 3 layers and 5 layers EVOH PE-RT pipe production. Especially for the 5 layers PE-RT pipe have applied national patent, with 5 layers PEX Pipe , being the vanguard in the pipe industrial line.   

Advantage

    The flexibility of this pipe can reach up to more than 50 years under the working temperature of 95 and pressure of 0.6 Mpa.
    Good flexibility properties and strong resistance to inner pressure.
    Strong corrosion resistance to chemicals.
    Super corrosion to ring stress breakage.
    Because of low surface tension, the surface of the pipe is not subject to rust therefore reduces scum.

    The smooth surface of the pipe reduces resistance to fluids. Under the same diameter, the flow capacity of the PE-RT is larger than the metal pipe and also reduces noise.
    Heat conduction coefficient of the PE-RT pipe is a great energy saver in heating systems compared to metal pipes. PE-RT has superior heat insulation and heat preservation qualities.
    Light weight, easily transported and installed.
    No pre-heating required prior to installation, hot-melt connection and metal fittings can be used according to requirements.
